Privacy notice
What we collect. When you make a request, we receive the information you choose to give us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, and the details of your request, such as dates, destination, number of guests and an indicative budget.
What we do not collect. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media plugins. Our host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Why we use it. Only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you decide to go ahead, arrange what you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with. Only the suppliers needed to fulfil a request you have approved, such as a venue, hotel, airline or partner, and only the information they need. Our service providers for website hosting, form processing and email handle data on our behalf.
How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@lynkcircle.com. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, you also have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers. We are based in the United States and work with partners around the world, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We only pass on what a request requires.
How we work
Every arrangement is set out in a written proposal that states its price, what is included, and the payment, cancellation and refund conditions that apply to it. Nothing is booked or purchased until you confirm that proposal in writing.
Events, venues and items depend on third parties. If an organiser cancels or changes an event, their conditions apply, and we will explain what that means for your arrangement.
Independence
LYNK Circle is an independent service. Names of events, venues, brands and products that appear on this website or in our proposals belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.
